Interactive Mental Health Zine designed by a neurodivergent, traumatised individual with hopes that the advice can be more understandable/tailored to those like me!!!

LOTS of explanation on the back, I’ve tried to give my own answers, examples, and ideas of how to use this zine. Think you know someone who could use this? Print it out for a friend. Print it out for school. Print it out and stick it in a community space. (Donations are very kindly welcomed and appreciated).
